This is the commencement of the DTV transition which, according to the Federal Communications Commission, will take up to 18 months for full implementation

IGSM also announced the aquisition of a Television Library as part of it's strategic planning. The assortment of hundreds of finished programs offered by IGSM gives stations a choice from how-to programming, to biographies, travel, vacation homes, self-improvement, sports and touching stories.

Distance Learning uses many of the same components as DTV. These are content creation, editing, delivery and indexing. IGSM is well positioned to take advantage of opportunities in this rapidly expanding market.
